Tri Santoso (28 years old) has been found in stiff condition. Tri has been currently treated at Abdi Waluyo Hospital in Menteng, Central Jakarta.
Kristy from Plaza UOB management, also confirmed that three others people have been still trapped at the basement.
SAR Team and Police are facing some obstacles to continue the evacuation. Both teams earlier want to use water pump to draining the water from the basement. But unfortunately, local residents near Plaza UOB building rejected as they are worry the water will flood into their residential.
Puskesmas Tanah Abang earlier on Thursday, revealed two cleaning service workers and two technicians were trapped by flood at the basement of the office tower. They were trapped at the 2nd floor basement since Thursday morning. The basement reportedly was full with muddy water, mixed with diesel oil, gasoline, etc because tens of cars were also trapped there.
