JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) and PT Visi Media Asia Tbk (VIVA), members of Bakrie Group, plans to refinance debts worth US$329 million in the fourth quarter of 2015.
ENRG targets to refinance US$134 million debt to Pro Strategic Investors Ltd and PST Finance Ltd. While VIVA targets to refinance US$195 million debt to Credit Suisse.
ENRG mulls to seek loan from foreign banks. It expects to allocate capital expenditure (capex) of US$200 million for 2016.
