JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Oil and gas service firm PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) has set up new subsidiary named PT Elnusa Trans Samudera, engaged in marine support service in offshore.
ELSA controls 90% stake in Elnusa Trans Samudera while PT Elnusa Patra Ritel holds the rest.
Elnusa reported 46% growth in net profit for first nine months of this year, though its revenue declined 16%. It booked net profit of Rp122.72 billion on revenue of Rp2.92 trillion.
