JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of Dyviacom Intrabumi (DNET), which plans US$700 million rights issue, jumped 24% this morning with only two lots of trading volume.

Trading of DNET resumed after more than one month of suspension for cooling down. As reported earlier, DNET plans to use proceeds from rights issue to acquire shares in PT Nippon Indosari (ROTI) Tbk, PT Fast Food Indonesia (FAST) Tbk, and Indomaret.

Fast Food Indonesia shares, meanwhile, were flat Tuesday morning with low trading volume. Nippon Indosari was also flat with more shares exchanged hands.

DNET is a small ICT company, while FAST is operator of Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets. Indomaret, meanwhile, is competitor of Alfamart in convenience store business.
