JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Dyviacom Intrabumi Tbk (DNET), internet services providing company, has reportedly bought 637,786 lots of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI)’s shares, representing 31.5% of its enlarged capital, for Rp2.12 trillion.

The purchase, facilitated by brokerage firm PT Buana Capital, was made today (June 11) through crossing market at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). DNET bought ROTI at price of Rp6,650 per share.

DNET also bought 330,026 lots of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (FAST)’s shares, representing 35.84% of its enlarged capital, at average price of Rp12,050 per share, or Rp1.98 trillion in total.

DNET has raised Rp7 trillion fund from rights issue, of which Rp6.73 trillion is allocated to fund the acquisition of Fast Food Indonesia, Nippon Indosari and PT Indomarco Prismatama (IDM). DNET plans to acquire 40% stake in IDM.
