JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI), subsidiary of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), had in September 23, 2013 signed sale and purchase agremeent to acquire 86 million shares of PT Wijaya Pratama Raya, or 64.25% of company’s share, from Hallenstein Limited.
The transaction is valued for Rp268 billion, not a material transaction but DUTI and Wijaya Pratama are affiliated.
Wijaya Pratama is also owned by PT Sinar Bumi Indah Lestari with 35.16% shareholding.
DUTI was traded flat at Rp4,525 per share Wednesday (Sept 25) while BSDE fell 1.3% to Rp1,480.
