JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Duta Anggada Realty Tbk (DART) booked net profit of Rp180 billion in 2013, equal to 2012’s profit.
Sales and revenue declined 1.9% to Rp829.38 billion while cost of goods sold and direct cost fell 15% to Rp420.59 billion from previous Rp496.84 billion.
Operating profit grew by 21% to Rp348.7 billion from earlier Rp288.83 billion. However, financial costs jumped 50% to Rp111.4 billion from Rp74.55 billion in 2012.
Its assets totaled Rp4.77 trillion while liability amounted Rp1.84 trillion.
