JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The House of Representatives (DPR) has named eight members of the National Energy Council (DEN) for the period of 2014-2019, recommended by the Commission VII of the House which oversee energy & mineral resources affairs.
That 8 names are;
1) Tumiran, lecturer at Gadjah Mada University
2) Rinaldy Dalimi, Professor at University of Indonesia
3) Achdiat Atmawinata, Expert Staff of Minister of Industry
4) Abadi Poernomo, President Director at PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy
5) Andang Bachtiar, Chairman of Supervisory Board of the Indonesian Geologists Association (IAGI)
6) A. Sonny Keraf, (former Minister of Environmental and now lawmaker candidate from PDI-P)
7) Syamsir Abduh, lecturer at Trisakti University
8) Dwi Hary Soeryadi, Technical Director of Jakarta traditional market operator PD Pasar Jaya
According to the Energy Law No. 30/2007, the National Energy Council is led directly by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as Chairman of the Council. (haryantos@yosefardi.biz)
