JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Energy and infrastructure company PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) targets to complete shares swap of its subsidiary PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) with Singapore-based United Fiber System Limited (UFS) in April 20, 2015.
The value of share swap reaches Sin$1.87 billion, equivalent Rp14.72 trillion. Under the agreement, DSSA will take over 1.97 billion new shares of UFS at price of Sin$0.95 pe share. Otherwise, DSSA will transfer 3.94 billion shares of GEMS at price of Rp3,735 per share.
DSSA booked net profit of US$8.87 million in 2014, against restated loss of US$4.59 million in 2013. Revenue increased 0.1% to US$599.63 million from previous US$606.8 million. However operating profit declined 7.78% to US$8.22 million from earlier US$8.91 million.
Its assets totaled US$1.3 billion while liability amounted US$464.19 million. It has cash and cash equivalent of US$117.49 million.
