JAKARTA (Yosefadi) – PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Ybk (DSSA), unit of Sinar Mas Group, has injected Rp159.5 billion capital to PT DSSP Power Sumsel which is now working on coal-fired power plant with capacity of 2×150 megawatts.
The power plant project costs US$400 million. The new capital injection has boosted DSSA’s issued and paid-up capital to Rp519.5 billion in DSSP Power Sumsel.
DSSA, through its unit Sunshine Network Pte Ltd, had in May 16, 2014, placed its capital of SGD4.436 million in MyRepublic Limited, a Singapore-based internet services provider. The capital placement represents 5.9% of MyRepublic’s total shares.
