JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Plantation company PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) has secured loan facility of Rp475 billion from PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) Tbk (BBCA).

The loan will mature in 2019, used to fund new palm mill construction. It will build 2 crude palm oil (CPO) mills in East Kalimantan. The contruction of mills, with capacity of 60 tons FFB per hour, is targeted to complete in 2015.

The 2 CPO mills construction will cost US$90 million, equivalent Rp1.09 trillion. The company will have 7 units of CPO mills with total capacity of 450 tons per hour.

As of September 2013, the company’s long term loan totaled Rp1.58 trillion while short term loan reached Rp900 billion. Its liability totaled Rp2.97 trillion.

Dharma Satya targets to produce 330,000 tons of CPO this year.
