JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Recent survey by Indonesian Survey Circle (LSI) shows further decline of Democratic Party’s electability for next year’s election.
LSI found the party’s electability as of October 2013 at 9.8%, dropped from 11.7% in March 2013 and 14% in October 2012.
LSI researcher Adhie Alfaraby suspected corruption and bribery cases implicating party officials contributed to the downfall, despite President SBY’s effort to lead the recovery.
“SBY’s direct involvement in solving the party’s problems doesn’t help in preventing further decline of electability,” Adjie said Sunday (October 20).
