JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Beer producer PT Delta Djakarta Tbk (DLTA) will split its stock with ratio of one for 50, aiming to boost its trading liquidity in stock market.

The stock split will change the company’s current nominal value of Rp1000 per share to Rp20 per share. DLTA was traded at Rp260,000 per share on Thursday (June 11).

DLTA booked net profit of Rp33.35 billion in the first quarter of 2015, dropped 59% from Rp81 billion in the same period of 2014. Net sales declined 40.5% to Rp141 billion from previous Rp237 billion.

Its assets reached Rp973.86 billion while liability amounted Rp176 billion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp463.6 billion.

DLTA is set to settle its US$106 million this year. It allocates capital expenditure (capex) of US$56 million for this year.
