JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Cocoa producer PT Davomas Abadi Tbk (DAVO) targets its sales to grow by 35% to Rp815 billion this year, compared to Rp602 billion estimated for last year.
However the company expects to book loss of Rp177 billion this year due to high cost of good sold. While, the production utility only reaches 20%. DAVO expects to book profit in 2017 with sales to reach Rp1.42 trillion.
DAVO will focus on consolidation and efficiency this year. As of September last year, its assets totaled Rp2.54 trillion while liability amounted Rp180.17 billion.
