JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Property developer PT Cowell Development Tbk (COWL) plans to develop 2 property projects this year with initial investment cost of Rp600 billion.
That 2 property projects are Lexington Residence apartment in South Jakarta and The Oasis mixed used development in Cikarang (West Java).
Lexington Residence apartment project costs Rp2.4 trillion and will take 5 year for completion. While The Oasis project costs Rp600 billion.
Currently COWL is working on Serpong Park (Laverde) project. It will also develop Borneo Paradiso project in Balikpapan (Kalimantan).
Meanwhile PT Bumi Citra Permai Tbk, industrial area developer, plans to add 100 hectares land area this year, part of its industrial area project in Tangerang on 1,800 hectares land.
