JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The South Jakarta District Court is expected on Tuesday (Aug. 4) to rule a pre-trial petition filed by graft suspect Dahlan Iskan, former Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE’s) and former CEO of the state electricity PLN, against the Attorney General Office (AGO).

Other than the electricity stations graft case, Dahlan has been also examined in the two other separate cases of fictitious farm field and electric car. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
