PHILADELPHIA (Indonesia Today) – Aberdeen Indonesia Fund Inc, a closed-end equity fund, placed 48.1% of its net assets in consumer stocks as of July 31, 2012.
The fund, with net assets of US$120.1 million, placed 27% in cyclical consumers, 21.1% in non-cyclical consumers, and 24.6% in financial stocks.
PT Unilever Indonesia tops the list with 8.5% of the fund’s net assets, followed by Bank OCBC NISP (8.1%), Bank Permata (8.1%), and Holcim Indonesia (7.5%).
Aberdeen placed 6.3% in Astra, and between 4.5-4.9% in ACE Hardware Indonesia, Multi Bintang Indonesia, Ace Hardware Indonesia, and Ramayana Lestari Indonesia.
