JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State Administrative Law expert Refly Harun shared his belief that the Constitutional Court will reject the lawsuit filed by the losing pair candidate Prabowo Subianto-Hatta Rajasa.
Talked to Kompas.com on Thursday (August 21), Refly viewed that Prabowo-Hatta’s lawyer team failed to proof to the court trial over the allegations of a structural, systematic and massive violation that they accused was committed by the General Election Commission (KPU).
“I’ve not found any reason that MK (the Constitutional Court) will grant Prabowo-Hatta’s lawsuit,” Refly said.
Prabowo-Hatta’s side, meanwhile, earlier stated that they are optimistic to win the legal battle.
