JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Toll road operator PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) said its subsidiary PT Citra Margatama, failed to pay Rp351.33 billion debts to Bank Central Asia (BCA) and Bank Mega.
The loan was due in July 2014. CMNP is now in talk with the said creditors for its unit’s Rp351.33 billion debt. Loan to Bank Mega amounts Rp176.06 billion while loan to BCA totals Rp175.28 billion.
CMNP has cash and cash equivalent of Rp1.86 trillion as of June this year. It has ever intended to acquire PT Cipaganti Citra Graha Tbk (CPGT), funded by its rights issue proceeds.
