JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Investors focused buying shares of toll road operator PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Tbk (CMNP) this morning, then the stock jumped 15.2% to Rp3225 per share at 10.23 am Jakarta time.

Investors aggressively bought CMNP shares spurred by dividend payment and debt proposal. CMNP will pay dividend of Rp1.5 trillion for 2014 fiscal casino year, sourced from retained earnings of Rp1.51 trillion until the period of December 31, 2013.

Shareholders also ordered the management to renegotiate loan facility from BCA and Bank Mega to PT CMS, subsidiary of CMNP. Outstanding of CMS” debts to BCA and Bank Mega as at September 30, 2014 were Rp393.7 billion and Rp388 billion respectively or a total of Rp781.6 billion.
