JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Toll operator PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) targets its revenue to grow by 10% to Rp1.11 trillion this year, compared to Rp1.01 trillion targeted for 20133.
The company has 6 toll road projects this year, 2-3 projects will be tackled by its subsidiaries, PT Citra Persada Infrastruktur (Adpi) and PT Girder Indonesia (GI).
CMNP expects to book lower net profit last year (compared to target) as the company’s financial charges increased. This year, CMNP is optimistic the bottom line performance could improve supported by toll tariff hike.
The company plans to issue conventional and syariah-based bonds, to raise Rp2-2.5 trillion. The bond will have tenor of 5 years. The bonds will be issued after the election agenda.
The bond proceeds will be used to fund the expansion of toll road sections, including to fund Depok-Antasari toll project which costs more than Rp3 trillion.
