JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Ciputra Property Tbk (CTRP) plans to issue multicurrency medium term note (MTN) worth S$200 million, equivalent Rp1.89 trillion.
The company had in January 19, 2015 signed program agreement with DBS Bank Ltd.
CTRP targets to book marketing sales of Rp3.7 trillion from 2 mega projects, Ciputra World Jakarta 2 in Kuningan, South Jakarta, and Ciputra Intenational in Puri Indah, West Jakarta.
The company targets to commence operation of first phase of Ciputra World Jakarta 2 by end 2016 while first phase construction of Ciputra International project is expected by end 2017.
Ciputra World Jakarta 2 is targeted to contribute Rp2 trillion marketing sales while Ciputra International to contribute Rp1.7 trillion.
