JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) booked marketing sales of Rp4.8 trillion as of August this year, representing 48% of this year’s target of Rp10 trillion.

In August 2014, CTRA booked marketing sales of Rp950 billion. The company plans to launch some projects in third quarter of this year, such as housing projects in Kemayoran (Jakarta), Malang (East Java), and Maja (Banten).

CTRA allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp2 trillion for this year, used to fund 25 development projects. It also plans to to build 6 hotels this year and 4 hotels next year.

The company booked revenues of Rp2.8 trillion in the first half of 2014, grew by 16.6% from Rp2.4 trillion in the same period of 2013. While net profit jumped 40% to Rp600.5 billion from previous Rp428.4 billion.
