JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Ciptdana Asset Management plans to acquire a shopping mall in Sumatra this year which costs Rp400 billion.

The company, controlled by Lippo Group, has in late 2012 acquired Solo Grand Mall for Rp400 billion. It plans to acquire 2-3 shopping malls in next 3-5 years.

Ciptadana is now managing Rp1.6 trillion worth of assets. It targets to manage assets of Rp2.5 trillion this year.

Ciptadana is now actively offering its real estate investment fund (DIRE) product, including DIRE Ciptadana Properti Ritel Indonesia, the first DIRE investment in Indonesia.
