JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Grand Transportasi Sejahtera, subsidiary of Cipaganti Cipta Graha (CPGT), has been granted approval for the operation of 150 new cabs for Banten and greater Jakarta area.

Banten governor Ratu Atut Chosiyah granted the approval through Decree No 551.21/2013 dated July 30, 2013.

Cipaganti shares ended substantially lower by 6.35% to Rp295 on August 2nd, 2013. Cipaganti shares trading started early last month following an initial public offering (IPO) of 2 billion shares at Rp190 per share.

Cipaganti booked net profit of Rp43 billion in the first half of 2013, inched up from Rp41.7 billion in the corresponding period of 2012. Sales revenue, meanwhile, grew substantially by 20% to Rp371 billion.

At the current price, Cipaganti has market capitalization of Rp959 billion, or about 1.84 times equity as at June 30, 2013.
