JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Taxi operator PT Grand Transportasi Sejahtera, subsidiary of PT Cipaganti Cipta Graha (CPGT), has acquired 2 taxi operators – PT Pandu Persada Saranamukti and PT Andika Semesta.

The company had signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) for acquiring 99.9% stake in 2 taxy operators.

CPGT has been granted approval for the operation of 150 new cabs for Banten and greater Jakarta area.

Banten governor Ratu Atut Chosiyah granted the approval through Decree No 551.21/2013 dated July 30, 2013.

Cipaganti booked net profit of Rp43 billion in the first half of 2013, inched up from Rp41.7 billion in the corresponding period of 2012. Sales revenue, meanwhile, grew substantially by 20% to Rp371 billion.
