JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance and PT Kencana Internusa Artha Finance are set to merge, with CIMB Niaga Auto Finance becoming the surviving entity, expected to effective in January 1, 2016.
CIMB Niaga Auto Finance has assets of Rp6.59 trillion and liability of Rp5.69 trillion. It suffered loss of Rp170.58 billion in 2014 on revenue of Rp1.11 trillion.
Kencana Internusa Artha Finance has assets of Rp1.28 trillion and liability of Rp1.13 trillion. It suffered loss of Rp40.47 billion last year on revenue of Rp198.61 billion.
