JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Cement maker PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk (SMCB) booked net profit of Rp33 billion in the first quarter of 2015, dropped 90% from the corresponding period of 2014.
Revenues declined 4.5% to Rp2.25 trillion while operating profit dropped 58% to Rp157 billion. Its assets reached Rp17.53 trillion while liability amounted Rp8.74 trillion.
State cement maker PT Semen Baturaja Tbk (SMBR) only posted a 2.5% decline in net profit to Rp74 billion in the first quarter of this year.
Its revenues rose 1.5% to Rp289 billion while operating profit declined 9.8% to Rp48 billion. SMBR’s assets reached Rp2.98 trillion while liability amounted Rp320 billion.
Meanwhile cement maker PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP) booked net profit of Rp1.14 trillion in the first quarter of 2015, up 1.1% from the same period of last year.
Its revenues fell 3.8% to Rp4.33 trillion but operating profit grew by 4.5% to Rp1.27 trillion. INTP’s assets reached Rp28.9 trillion while liability amounted Rp3.23 trillion. (rully@yosefardi.biz)
