JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – China Construction Bank (CCB) has signed cooperation with PT Bank Windu Kentjana International Tbk under which CCB acquired Bank Windu at price of Rp1 trillion.
At first phase, Bank Windu will merge with PT Bank Antardaerah (Bank Anda). After merger, Bank Windu plans to launch the right issue this year, through which CCB would absorbe the shares of Bank Windu.
Currently Bank Windu has capital of Rp1.2 trillion while Bank Anda has capital of Rp300 billion. Bank Windu’s assets now reach Rp10 trillion. Its loan amounted Rp7 trillion while third party fund was Rp8 trillion.
