JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Catur Sentosa Adiperdana Tbk (CSAP), owner of modern retail company Mitra10 and Atria, has on June 27, 2014 signed agreement with PT Agra Cipta Gemilang on selling land and building assets.
CSAP will raise Rp228 billion by selling 46,236 m2 land area and building assets, located in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, to Agra Cipta.
NT Assets (Thailand) Co Ltd, through NT Asian Discovery Fund, has recently bought 608 million shares of CSAP at price of Rp365 per share, or Rp221.9 billion in total.
CSAP now distributes 872 products through 20 stores and 10 showrooms and 8 distribution centers. The company has 48 branches in 39 cities and 59 warehouses across Indonesia.
As of March this year, CSAP’s assets totaled Rp3.19 trillion while liability amounted Rp2.45 trillion. It booked net profit of Rp24.34 billion in first quarter of this year on sales of Rp1.63 trillion.
