JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shipping company PT Capitol Nusantara Indonesia Tbk (CANI), subsidiary of SGX-listed ASL Marine, plans to buy 4 new vessels valuing of Rp72.7 billion.
It will focus to boost its shipping and transportation services for oil and gas industry, as coal market is now on bearish due to declining trend of coal prices.
This company offered 208 million shares at Rp200 per share in the IPO to raise Rp41.67 billion. It also seeks loan from Bank Mandiri amounting Rp31 billion.
At 10.27 am Jakarta time, CANI shares gained 0.84% to Rp241 per share.
