JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk, engaging in rice business, has kicked off its initial public offering (IPO) for 710 million shares, representing 30.08% of its total issued and paid-up shares capital.
PT Bahana Securities acts as underwriter for the IPO. The book building starts today and will last in November 26, 2105. The offering is set for December 10-11, 2015 and listing at stock exchange is scheduled for December 16, 2015.
The company earlier said it targets to raise Rp500 billion from IPO. Buyung Sembada booked net profit of Rp45.9 billion in the first half of 2015 on net sales of Rp339 billion.
