JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), through its subsidiary PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI), acquired 120 hectars land in Benowo, Surabaya at value of Rp1.4 trillion.
BSDE then has total land bank of 440 hectares. This acquisition was made under partnership with PT Fortune Mate Indonesia Tbk (FMII) which also put Rp263.99 billion as capital in the said transaction.
BSDE might develop this area as the residential project and warehouse area (300 hectares). BSDE allocate capital expenditure (capex) of Rp4 trillion for this year. It targets to book marketing sales of Rp6.9 trillion this year.
