JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has resumed trading in 3 shares of Bakrie Group companies, after halted since October 10, 2013.
That 3 stocks were Bumi Resources (BUMI) and its unit Bumi Resources Minerals (BMRS), and Bakrieland Development (ELTY).
These stocks were halted following BUMI’s disclosure on debt agreement with China Investment Corporation (CIC) for unpaid principal debt of US$1.3 billion.
This morning, BUMI gained 3.09% to Rp500, BRMS rose 3.64% to Rp285, while Bakrieland Development was flat at Rp50.
The composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) opened higher but then turned to lower, inched down 0.09% to 4515.
