JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) said its primary operating subsidiary PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) has Monday (August 25) signed an amended and restatement agreement to its US$800 million syndicated loan facility and an amendment agreement to its US$25 million PT CIMB Niaga Tbk credit agreement.
BUMA and its lenders under the facility have entered into amendments in response to the downturn in coal industry. The facilities’ maturities and average lives were extended and covenants amended.
DOID recorded a net profit of US$11 million in the first half of 2014, compared to a net loss of US$6 million in the same period of 2013, on the back of 6% increase in Ebitda to US$91 million.
