JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Tbk (BBTN) will revise its loan growth target to 15-17% this year, from initial target of 17-19%, inline with directions of Bank Indonesia (central bank) and Financial Services Authority (LJK).
However, BTN maintain its 19-20% growth target for third party funds and 40% growth in net profit. As at May 2015, the bank posted net profit of Rp677.53 billion, grew by 49.88% from Rp452.05 billion in the same period of 2014.
BTN also targets 30% growth in fee based income this year, from Rp900 billion last year. Lower cost of funds and higher non interest income will support the profit growth this year.
