JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) Tbk (BSDE) booked net profit of Rp3.2 trillion in first nine months of 2014, grew by 49% from Rp2.15 trillion in the same period of 2013.
Revenue declined 7.45% to Rp3.9 trillion from previous Rp4.2 trillion Operating profit dropped 17% to Rp1.89 trillion from earlier Rp2.28 trillion.
As of September 2014, BSD’s assets totaled Rp27.3 trillion of which cash and cash equivalent amounted Rp3.4 trillion.
Currently BSD has land bank to be developed totaling 3,841 hectares or Rp7.2 trillion in value.
