JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) Tbk (BSDE) expects to book marketing sales of Rp7.5 trillion this year, supported by its wet market expansion.
As at September 2015, the company’s marketing sales reached Rp4.6 trillion, declined 7% from the same period of 2014.
BSD only earned Rp6 billion from land sales, compared to Rp2.3 trillion land sales in the first nine months of 2014 period.
The company also spent Rp2.42 trillion for acquiring land area, boosting its landbank to 4717 hectares.
