JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Tbk (BBRI) has issued 3 series of Medium Term Notes worth Rp720 billion (phase one).

Series A Notes amounting Rp300 billion with tenor of 370 carries coupon of 8.75%. Series B Notes amounting 60 billion with tenor of 2 years carries coupon of 9.25%. And series C Notes amounting Rp360 billion with tenor of 3 years carries coupon of 9.5%.

The bank also plans to issue bonds worth Rp3 trillion next year, to support its liquidity. BRI also allocates Rp3 trillion fund to acquire bank or insurance company.

BRI booked net profit of Rp11.7 trillion in the first half of 2014, grew by 17% from Rp10 trillion in the same period of 2013.
