JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State-owned PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (BPUI) booked net profit of Rp120 billion in 2014, grew by 11.8% from Rp107 billion in 2013. Net profit margin was 18.4%.
Revenues rose 2.6% to Rp650 billion and operating profit jumped 20.1% to Rp130 billion. Its assets totaled Rp2.9 trillion while liability amounted Rp2.57 trillion.
BPUI has 4 subsidiaries; securities firm PT Bahana Securities, PT Bahana TCW Investment Management, PT. Bahana Artha Ventura (BAV), and PT. Graha Niaga Tata Utama.
Bahana TCW Investment Management (Bahana TCW) is joint venture with Trust Company of the West (TCW), a Los Angeles-based reputable investment management company.
PT. Graha Niaga Tata Utama is the developer and building management of Graha CIMB Niaga, a Grade A office building located strategically in the Sudirman Central Business District -an integrated mixed use development, in Jakarta CBD. (rully@yosefardi.biz)
