JAKARTA (Yoserfardi) – PT Bank BNI Syariah will issue Islamic bonds (Sukuk Mudharabah) worth Rp750 billion with tenor of three years, used to support its financing.
Acting as underwriters are PT BNI Securities (afilliated) and PT Danareksa Sekuritas (affiliated). BNI Syariah has liability of Rp3.08 trillion as of December 2014. While assets reached Rp19.49 trillion.
It booked net profit of Rp38.98 billion in 2014, jumped 153% from Rp15.28 billion in 2013. Revenues from sale and purchase rose 69.78% to Rp1.45 trillion from Rp854 billion in 2013.
BNI Syariah also booked revenue from profit sharing of Rp235.47 billion, other revenues Rp262.54 billion, and revenue from ijarah Rp77.84 billion.
