JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk (BBNI) booked net profit of Rp6.54 trillion in first 9 months to September this year, grew by 30% from Rp5.04 trillion in the same period of last year.
Revenues from operation rose 23.7% to Rp20.97 trillion from previous Rp16.96 trillion. Net interest income increased 23.4% to Rp13.82 trillion while non interest income reached Rp7.15 trillion.
Net interest margin (NIM) was 6.1% while capital adequacy ratio (CAR) stood at 15.7%. BNI disbursed loan of Rp234.91 trillion during first 9 months to September this year, grew by 27.3%. The bank booked third party funds of Rp275.63 trillion.
BNI targets its loan to grow by 19-21% this year. The bank is now divesting its insurance unit PT BNI Life Insurance.
