JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Two state banks, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk (BBNI) and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Tbk (BBRI), act as mandated lead arranger on providing syndicated loan of Rp5.27 trillion for cemen producer PT Cemindo Gemilang.
The loan facility agreement was signed Wednesday (Sept 18). Also joining on loan syndication are Indonesia Eximbank and Bangkok Bank Plc.
The loan will be used to fund the establishment of new cement mill with capacity of 3.7 million tons per year, located in Bayah, Lebak regency, Banten province.
BNI and BRI provide Rp1.92 trillion loan each, while Indonesia Eximbank and Bangkok Bank Plc provide Rp958.6 billion and Rp479.3 billion respectively.
