JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer Blacksteel Group is developing property projects in some cities in Indonesia, mainly cities in remote areas, Investor Daily reported this morning.
The project costs US$300 million, starting this year and is targeted to complete by 2018. One of the projects is Lombok City Center (LCC) in Mataram, Lombok island.
Other cities targeted are Ambon (Maluku), Sorong (Papua Barat), Kupang (NTT), and Ponorogo (East Java).
The group also targets to build 17 malls within next 5 years. It has built malls in Ambon and Ponorogo.
