JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT Bhakti Investama Tbk (BHIT) plans to issue 2.18 billion new shares, representing 6.1% of its enlarged capital, without pre-emptive rights scheme.
The exercise price of rights is set for Rp490 per share, to raise proceeds of Rp1.07 trillion in total.
BHIT fell 1.9% to close at Rp510 per share on Wednesday (Oct 3).
After rights issue, BHIT shares will total 35.68 billion shares compared to current 33.49 billion units.
The proceeds of rights issue will be used for funding this year’s investment including acquisition of bank and insurance firm. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
