JAKARTA PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) has secured syndicated loan of US$100 million from 10 banksm, led by Standart Chartered.
The loan, the biggest so far, will help supporting BFIN’s business growth.
BFIN said its compound average growth rate (CAGR) has grown by 40% during past 5 years and grew by 30% year on year comapred to last year.
BFIN had earlier issued medium term notes (MTN) worth Rp130 billion used to support its consumer and leasing financing.
The company also plans to issue bonds worth Rp500-700 billion in second quarter of this year, part of its Rp2.5 trillion bond issue program.
