JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT BFI Finance Tbk (BFIN) has secured US$50 million loan from syndicated foreign banks. The loan with tenor of 3 years will be used to fund its new financing.
BFIN had early this year obtained US$50 million secured term loan from the syndication. The company also plans to seek bilateral loan, to issue bonds and medium term notes (MTN).
BFIN plans to raise external funds of Rp6 trillion this year. It targets to disburse financing of Rp11 trillion this year.
BFIN also plans to open 20 new office branches. As of now it operates 261 office branches. The company booked net profit of Rp597.09 billion last year, grew by 17.39% from Rp508.62 billion in 2013.
