JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN) allocates Rp341 billion for its shares buyback program for 18 months ahead.
It plans to buy back 154.99 million shares or 10% of its enlarged shares capital. Currently, Trunugraha Capital & Co SCA holds 44.1% of BFIN shares and public investors hold 55.9% BFIN shares.
BFIN booked net profit of Rp597.09 billion in 2014, grew by 17.39% from Rp508.62 billion in 2013. Earning per share (EPS) was Rp385. Revenue rose 21.16% to Rp2.29 trillion from previous Rp1.89 trillion. Its assets reached Rp9.67 trillion.
