JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shipping company PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk (BLTA) suffered loss of US$40 million in 2014, against profit US$178.4 million in 2013.
The company recorded operating revenues of US$315 million last year, down 4.2% from US$329 million in previous year. Gross profit grew by 42% to US$54.67 million from earlier US$38.68 million.
But gain on debt restructuring dropped 91% to US$27.28 million from US$317 million in 2013.
BLTA’s assets reached US$687.8 million while liability amounted US$1.86 billion.
