JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Industrial developer PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk (BEKS) targets to sell 25-30 hectares land area this year, equal to last year’s target.

The company expects a flat target of land sales this year as investors opt to wait and see the development of global economy.

While local investors still await the realization of the economic policy packages recently launched by the government. Some investors also hold their investment in Indonesia due to the current fluctation of rupiah currency.

China slowdown also affects the investors’ perception, prompting them to review their investment plans.
